Hi, I'm Lauren.
I am a custom tattoo artist with a degree in fine art with over 12 years of experience in artistic tattooing based near Birmingham in the West Midlands. Throughout my career I have enjoyed taking concepts my clients have brought to me and turned them into a reality and I have specialised in colour, neo-traditional, with a hint of realism.
Over the years, I have heard many stories and seen many scars. It has shown me that some people get tattoos to cover up the past and move forwards. I was inspired to learn more about medical tattooing after hearing many stories over the years and relating it to when I was young and my Nan had breast cancer and underwent a double mastectomy. I have met many people with poor quality medical tattoos and felt I could use my transferrable tattooing skills to help people feel happy in their skin.
I completed Level 4 CPD Advanced Areola Training with Lucy Thompson Areola Academy. This helped me to expand my craft and specialise in hyper-realistic 3D nipple tattoos and post mastectomy medical tattooing for those who have undergone mastectomy or reconstructive surgery. I can also help people who are looking to enhance or improve previous semi-permanent nipple tattoos.
Since starting medical tattooing, I have helped clients with 3D Nipple tattoos and areola restoration treatments as well as artistic / decorative scar coverups. I can also support with colour correction and scar camouflage.
Beyond tattooing, I'm a bookwork, nature lover, and passional about travel. I also train Brazilian Jui-Jitsu and am currently a blue belt!
